G. Mihalache, C. Buhas

Abstract: Difficulties in the setup of forensic medical expertise. The autors present, basing upon their vast professional experience, the facts that make difficult the performing of a forensic medicine document, trying to synthesize and, of course, searching for ways to help for the improvement of the paper’s quality. The authors show the difficulties they have to handle when they study a forensic medical document, especially a medical observatory document (bad handwriting, the missing gaps, the filling errors, etc). After that, the authors analyze the negative aspects that led to the chaotic collaboration with other colleagues in the field or other specialists in the medical field (psychologists, chemistries, pharmacologists, social assistants, etc). In the end, the authors present and analyze the errors that result from the misunderstanding of the addresses on these documents. It is shown the relationship between the forensic medical laboratory and other institutions like the Local Police, Court of Law, and the Prosecutor’s Office.
